The Campus

Bräcke Hyperscale Campus

A 25-hectare data infrastructure campus in Sweden's SE2 region designed for AI, HPC, cloud and hyperscale growth.

Campus Bräcke combines ready-to-run facilities with long-term expansion potential. With renewable energy access, strong logistics infrastructure and a rare transmission-level grid opportunity, the campus offers a scalable platform for next-generation compute environments.

Campus overview

A ready platform for expansion

The Bräcke campus includes 11,800 m² of existing buildings, including 11,000 m² of production space and 800 m² of office facilities. The property sits on 25 hectares of fully owned land and is connected to municipal water and sewage infrastructure. The site has been assessed by an accredited data center developer.

Power & grid

Transmission-scale power with rare corridor proximity

The site currently operates with 6 MW installed capacity and is advancing a 300 MW connection to Sweden's national 400 kV transmission grid. The campus is located unusually close to three independent 400 kV backbone corridors, strengthening both resilience and long-term expansion potential.

The current 6 MW already utilises the local distribution network, making a transmission-level connection essential for further regional development.

Logistics & access

Multimodal infrastructure access

The Bräcke campus benefits from strong logistics connections. A railway line runs directly adjacent to the property, enabling potential freight spur development. Bräcke station is located 1 km away with direct train access to Stockholm in approximately five hours. The site is also connected by a heavy-duty asphalt logistics road and is around 80 km from Stockholm-Åre Östersund Airport.
